Responsibilities
- Partner with product, design, and analytics to define problems and shape solutions.
- Build and refine systems for customer acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention.
- Contribute across the stack, including Android, iOS, backend, and web as needed.
- Utilize AI tools for code generation and faster iteration.
- Translate customer pain points into technical solutions.
- Run experiments to validate growth metrics and optimize features.
- Develop scalable architecture to support organizational agility.
- Drive app development strategies and methodologies.
- Ship iteratively, prioritizing speed and quality.
- Create unit and automation tests to ensure code quality.
- Own projects end-to-end with minimal oversight.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of experience in building and maintaining mobile applications, particularly Android.
- Strong ownership and ability to take projects from spec to launch independently.
- Willingness to work across different technology stacks.
- Comfortable with AI-native development workflows.
- Interest in growth loops and metrics-driven product development.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Fluency in Kotlin and understanding of reactive & functional programming.
- Experience with modern Android app architectures and Jetpack components.
- Knowledge of software engineering best practices across the SDLC.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with mobile analytics and experimentation tools is a strong plus.
