Responsibilities
- Drive advancements in LLMs and applied AI systems through rapid experimentation.
- Leverage, fine-tune, and deploy models, managing the lifecycle from experimentation to production.
- Build AI-powered features that address critical business problems across product domains.
- Develop and track metrics to measure real customer impact and ensure alignment with business outcomes.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to deliver production-ready solutions.
- Communicate insights and experiment results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Support leadership with data-driven decision-making.
- Continuously improve workflows using AI tools and automation.
Requirements
- Strong foundation in machine learning principles and applied modeling.
- Deep experience with LLMs or frontier AI models from industry or academia.
- Demonstrated ability to productionize ML systems in real-time, batch, or streaming contexts.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL for data manipulation and model development.
- Experience evaluating models using technical metrics and business impact.
- Ability to break down complex problems into structured, solvable components.
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Adaptability and curiosity to evolve with rapidly changing AI capabilities.
