Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Gather and document functional and technical requirements for Agiloft enhancements and new capabilities.
- Configure Agiloft objects, fields, layouts, forms, permissions, and roles.
- Develop workflows, business rules, validations, notifications, and automation scripts.
- Build and maintain integrations using APIs, web services, middleware, and file-based interfaces.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and saved searches for business and leadership needs.
- Perform unit and regression testing and coordinate user acceptance testing for releases.
- Troubleshoot incidents and defects, perform root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain technical documentation, configuration standards, and release notes.
- Support data loads, data quality checks, and environment refresh activities.
- Implement access controls, auditability, and compliance requirements with Information Security and stakeholders.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
- At least four years of configuring or developing on the Agiloft platform is required.
- At least four years of developing workflow or case management solutions, including configuration, automation, and role-based security, is required.
- Experience integrating SaaS platforms using REST or SOAP APIs is required.
- Experience supporting CLM, legal operations, procurement, or service management use cases is preferred.
- SQL experience for data validation and reporting is preferred.
- Agiloft Administrator or Developer certification is preferred.
- ITIL Foundation certification is preferred.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel functions for data validation are required.
- Experience with Postman or an equivalent API testing tool and Azure DevOps, GitHub, or GitLab is preferred.
- Strong requirements translation, troubleshooting, task management, documentation, access-control, audit-trail, and change-management skills are required.
