Responsibilities
- Build and maintain the SPA powering the Alternative Payment Methods experience in Hub and Olimp.
- Add new Alternative Payment Methods to Payment Form, from integration through payer-facing checkout.
- Improve the UI and UX merchants use to configure and manage Alternative Payment Methods.
- Collaborate with Go backend engineers to shape Buf/Connect RPC contracts consumed by the frontend.
- Establish frontend architecture, patterns, tooling, and review practices for the team.
- Drive frontend projects independently and ship UI across merchant and payer-facing flows.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of professional experience building applications with React and TypeScript.
- Experience with SPA architecture and building UI from scratch.
- Ability to read and reason about REST, RPC, or similar API contracts and collaborate with backend engineers on their design.
- Ownership, independence, rapid learning, and effective collaboration with backend and product stakeholders.
- Preferred: experience with Protobuf/Buf or gRPC-style typed API contracts.
- Preferred: familiarity with BFF patterns, Node.js-based RPC layers such as tRPC, payments or checkout UI, or establishing frontend architecture and conventions from scratch.
