Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automation solutions using VBA, Python, and Microsoft Power Automate.
- Design workflow automations that improve efficiency, accuracy, and user experience across business functions.
- Create data-processing, reporting, and analytics solutions to support business decision-making.
- Integrate enterprise systems, databases, Microsoft 365 applications, and business platforms.
- Automate processes involving SAP, SharePoint, Outlook, and other business applications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
- Troubleshoot, enhance, and optimize existing automation tools for reliability and performance.
- Support data extraction, transformation, and validation activities.
- Create technical documentation, user guides, and standard operating procedures.
- Drive continuous improvement by reducing manual work and improving operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Systems, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience developing automation solutions using VBA, Python, and Power Automate.
- Strong knowledge of workflow automation, process optimization, and business-application integration.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 applications, SharePoint, databases, APIs, and enterprise systems.
- Hands-on experience with data analysis, reporting, validation, and automation-driven process improvements.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience with SAP, SQL, Power BI, Power Apps, or enterprise business-process automation projects is advantageous.
