Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Research, architect, develop, modify, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise systems and application software, including DevOps, security, and data analytics solutions.
- Design and implement secure, scalable, reusable multi-cloud architectures and cloud service delivery models including PaaS, IaaS, SaaS, and DaaS.
- Implement Infrastructure-as-Code, CI/CD pipelines, and automated configuration management using Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, and GitLab.
- Analyze application cloud readiness and lead migration and modernization initiatives with minimal disruption and improved performance.
- Develop high availability, disaster recovery, cloud failure recovery, resiliency, scalability, and cost-optimization strategies.
- Implement cloud-native security services and monitor deployments for vulnerabilities, misconfigurations, and threats.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity and compliance teams on secure, compliant cloud deployments and enterprise cloud governance.
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers and advise cross-functional teams on cloud technologies and solution delivery.
Requirements
- At least five years of software or cloud development experience, including at least three years in a senior or lead cloud role.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Deep hands-on experience with major cloud providers and hybrid or multi-cloud environments.
- Advanced proficiency in Python, Java, or similar programming languages for cloud-native development.
- Expertise with Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Strong understanding of DevSecOps and secure software development practices.
- Proven experience building, deploying, and supporting mission-critical cloud applications.
- Ability to work onsite five days per week in Huntsville, Alabama, and maintain an active Top Secret clearance.
- Preferred certifications include IAM/IAT Level 3, CISM, CCSP, CASP, CISSP, AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional, Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect, and Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect.
- Preferred experience includes Zero Trust Architecture, serverless technologies, event-driven design patterns, FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, and ISO 27001.
