Responsibilities

Engineer and sustain upstream Kubernetes environments for repeatable software delivery.
Develop Python scripts and Helm-based Kubernetes packaging for platform automation.
Build secure-by-default Kubernetes capabilities and embed security controls into automation and delivery workflows.
Create repeatable PaaS services that accelerate internal software delivery and support customer outcomes.
Operate Docker and Podman container runtimes for CI/CD execution and cloud-native tooling.
Develop secure end-to-end CI/CD pipelines and provide organization-wide CI/CD tooling expertise and support.
Implement Kubernetes observability for logs, metrics, and traces through GitOps-driven automation.
Partner with development and infrastructure teams on automated deployments, release validation, testing, security, performance, and disaster recovery.
Evaluate and integrate cloud-native open-source and commercial tools, and enable teams through knowledge transfer.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Physics, or a related field, or equivalent related work experience.
At least 8 years of professional experience in senior DevOps, platform development, senior software engineering, or senior systems administration roles.
Experience working across on-premises, air-gapped, and cloud-based environments.
Ability to obtain and maintain a government secret clearance and any other required contract authorizations.
U.S. citizenship is required.
Understanding of HTTPS, TLS/SSL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, and common delivery components.
Experience with automation or development in C++, Rust, or an equivalent technology.
