Responsibilities
- Architect, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab and related automation tools.
- Support automated deployments using Kubernetes, Amazon EKS, Argo CD, Helm, and Terraform.
- Develop automation scripts and tooling with Python, Bash, and Golang.
- Gather technical requirements and support implementation planning with engineering and cross-functional teams.
- Manage and prioritize platform work in an Agile environment.
- Support integration and regression testing in Kubernetes-based environments.
- Contribute to pipeline controls, artifact management, secure engineering practices, and code quality validation.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in DevOps, platform engineering, site reliability engineering, or software engineering focused on CI/CD automation.
- 4+ years of experience designing, building, and managing secure CI/CD pipelines with GitLab, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar platforms.
- 4+ years of experience with Kubernetes automation and orchestration, including Argo CD, Helm, Terraform, and AWS environments such as EKS.
- 4+ years of experience developing automation with Python, Bash, Golang, or similar languages.
- 3+ years of experience with Git, Artifactory, SonarQube, and build, test, and release processes.
- 3+ years of experience supporting integration and regression testing in Kubernetes-based environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, related experience, and/or military experience.
- Preferred experience includes complex enterprise GitLab CI/CD pipelines, zero-downtime database upgrades with Liquibase or Flyway, SaaS environments, compliance and security requirements, and platform engineering in financial services or regulated industries.
