Responsibilities
- Partner with customers to map business processes to agent-based solutions.
- Design and build integration architectures connecting our platform to customer tools.
- Implement custom workflows and agent behaviors using modern LLM frameworks.
- Build supporting services, scripts, and interfaces for seamless customer solutions.
- Operate comfortably within cloud-native environments like GCP and AWS.
- Translate field learnings into product requirements and platform features.
- Identify patterns across engagements to create reusable templates and integration libraries.
- Support sales with technical expertise, including architecture reviews and proof-of-concept builds.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customer engineering and IT teams.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on full-stack development.
- Deep comfort working with third-party APIs, authentication protocols, and enterprise systems.
- Ability to navigate ambiguous requirements and translate complex business needs into technical solutions.
- Strong communication skills to explain complex infrastructure to non-technical stakeholders.
- Resourceful mindset, comfortable shipping solutions in fast-paced environments.
