Responsibilities
- Build and execute test strategies, automation frameworks, and test cases for functional, regression, performance, and data integrity testing.
- Collaborate with business and development teams to ensure test coverage, shift-left practices, and quality improvements.
- Provide training, workshops, and governance supporting QA best practices across teams.
- Manage test environments, testing tools, and data configurations for enterprise-wide testing efforts.
- Conduct root cause analysis and code reviews, and contribute to architectural improvements for testability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Tosca AS1 and AS2 certifications.
- At least 5 years of experience in manual testing, test automation, and software development.
- Hands-on experience with manual testing and automation tools such as Tosca, Selenium, and UFT; test management tools such as Jira and qTest; and scripting languages.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Preferred: experience with Tosca DI and data integrity testing.
- Preferred: proficiency in SQL, DAX, MDX, and ETL/data pipeline testing.
- Preferred: exposure to JMeter, Gatling, or Postman.
- Preferred: knowledge of Azure DevOps and Jenkins, BDD frameworks, and enterprise test tool administration.
