$79k - $210k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own technical program execution and Day 2 operational readiness for strategic GPU customer environments.
- Lead cross-functional triage and resolution of complex GPU infrastructure, networking, capacity, reliability, and performance issues.
- Partner with customer technical teams to understand requirements, communicate status and risks, and drive joint action plans.
- Coordinate GPU expansion and deployment activities, including readiness reviews, dependency management, operational runbooks, and risk mitigation.
- Establish service-health metrics, escalation mechanisms, and executive-level operational reporting.
- Translate systemic issues and recurring customer pain points into scalable tooling, automation, process, and product improvements.
- Drive accountability for technical deliverables, milestones, issue resolution, and customer commitments.
- Provide technical mentorship and escalation leadership for strategic GPU customer support.
Requirements
- Strong technical judgment across GPU infrastructure, networking, storage, capacity, and observability systems.
- Ability to operate independently, manage competing priorities, and lead cross-functional teams through high-impact technical issues.
- Ability to communicate clearly with customer engineering teams and technical and executive stakeholders.
- Experience coordinating complex, multi-year technical programs and operational readiness activities.
- Ability to identify systemic issues and drive scalable technical and process improvements.
- Experience providing technical mentorship and escalation leadership.
