Responsibilities

  • Own feature areas end to end from technical design through implementation, testing, deployment, and post-launch monitoring.
  • Design, build, and ship secure, scalable, reliable, performant features across the OIG system.
  • Deliver bug fixes and address customer-reported issues.
  • Write clean, tested, and maintainable code while maintaining high engineering-quality standards.
  • Partner with Product Development, QA, and Site Reliability Engineering teams on development and deployment work.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of software engineering experience with the ability to independently deliver complex production features.
  • Demonstrated experience architecting and delivering large-scale distributed systems for enterprise customers.
  • Deep expertise in microservices, event-driven architectures, APIs, and data modeling at scale.
  • Strong proficiency in Java, Kotlin, Go, or equivalent JVM/cloud-native languages.
  • Experience designing systems for enterprise reliability, scalability, security, multi-tenancy, high availability, audit logging, and RBAC/ABAC.
  • Ability to influence technical alignment across teams and stakeholders without formal authority.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Preferred experience with IAM/IGA products, workflow or approval systems, enterprise SaaS platforms, cloud infrastructure, and observability tooling.
