Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their business processes and technical needs.
- Design, develop, and implement custom software solutions using Appian’s low-code platform.
- Work within an agile environment, participating in pair programming, stand-ups, and sprints.
- Mentor junior consultants through fast-paced software implementations.
Requirements
- 7+ years of overall IT experience with 5+ years of hands-on Appian technical experience.
- B.Tech./B.E. in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for technology.
- Basic understanding of object-oriented programming and experience with relational databases.
- Knowledge of software testing practices and experience with API integrations.
