Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, integrate, and test software on cross-functional agile teams within budget, scope, and schedule constraints.
- Serve as a software development technical focal with ownership and accountability for committed objectives.
- Analyze and decompose features, capture and analyze software and systems engineering requirements, and influence team-level technical, cost, and schedule decisions.
- Perform multi-threaded software debugging and work independently with limited supervision.
- Support bidding and proposal activities for new business.
- Travel to domestic and international customer sites for training events and product installations.
Requirements
- Typically requires a STEM degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced related degree and at least 3 years of experience.
- Must hold an active and transferable U.S. government-issued security clearance before the start date; current Secret clearance is required on day one, and U.S. citizenship is required for eligibility.
- Must have extensive experience with C# and WPF for front-end development.
- Must have experience with agile development practices and general software engineering design principles.
- Preferred qualifications include Windows development, Visual Studio, scripting languages such as Python or Perl, source-control tools such as SVN, Git, or ClearCase, and ALM tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Crucible, or Bamboo.
- Preferred experience includes DevSecOps, simulation, avionics, cross-team coordination, customer working groups, and mentoring or knowledge sharing.
