Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end GenAI and LLM-based applications for enterprise environments.
- Implement RAG pipelines, orchestration workflows, prompt engineering strategies, and evaluation frameworks.
- Build scalable backend services and APIs integrating LLM solutions with CRM, ERP, data platforms, and internal tools.
- Contribute to architecture decisions and ensure implementations follow defined technical standards.
- Optimize AI systems for performance, latency, reliability, and cost across cloud environments.
- Implement testing, evaluation, monitoring, and observability for production AI systems.
- Collaborate with AI architects, product owners, data engineers, software engineers, DevOps teams, business stakeholders, and clients.
- Support client workshops, technical demonstrations, and solution presentations.
- Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and responsible AI practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Data Science, Machine Learning, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in AI/ML engineering or software engineering with strong AI exposure and production delivery experience.
- Hands-on experience with GenAI and LLM solutions, including prompt engineering, RAG architectures, and evaluation techniques.
- Strong Python programming skills and experience with modern AI/ML frameworks and libraries.
- Experience deploying AI systems on AWS or Azure, including CI/CD and MLOps practices.
- Understanding of APIs, microservices, distributed systems, and scalable backend development.
- Experience optimizing AI systems for performance, reliability, and cost.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced, client-driven environments.
- Consulting, systems integration, or professional services experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with LlamaIndex, LangGraph, or similar orchestration tools is preferred.
- Experience with LLM monitoring, evaluation frameworks, AIOps, AI governance, security, compliance, and commercial or open-source LLMs is preferred.
