Responsibilities
- Own client requirements, deliverables, accountabilities, and adherence to architecture governance processes.
- Drive AI solution development and document solution designs throughout the development lifecycle.
- Provide architectural direction and oversight on behalf of clients.
- Collaborate with agile development teams, delivery architects, project teams, and engagement management through all solution phases.
- Act as the technical face of solutions for internal and external senior stakeholders.
- Support commercial proposals and own technical solution governance.
- Manage technical relationships with vendors, third parties, and Capgemini teams.
- Ensure solution delivery meets agreed specifications and is implemented into live operation.
Requirements
- Experience in solution architecture.
- Experience with Generative AI technologies, including RAG, knowledge graphs, advanced prompting, Azure OpenAI, agent frameworks such as CrewAI, and MCP.
- Software engineering experience, with Python experience advantageous.
- Experience working with agile development teams and delivery architects throughout the solution lifecycle.
- Ability to advise clients and senior stakeholders and build trusted-advisor relationships.
- Experience managing technical relationships with vendors, third parties, and wider organizational teams.
