Responsibilities
- Configure email security, access management, and asset protection tools with Flix’s internal security team.
- Automate incident response workflows using Python, including phishing triage, secret rotation, and M365/Graph automation.
- Support response to account compromise, phishing, and other client-side security incidents.
- Assess existing security measures and recommend improvements to detections, response runbooks, and security services.
- Collaborate with security, infrastructure, software engineering, and business stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience with client security applications, email security, phishing mitigation, and endpoint protection.
- Hands-on experience with incident response and service desk ticket handling.
- Strong Python programming skills focused on clean, maintainable automation code.
- Experience with monitoring or SIEM tools such as Splunk, ElasticSearch, or Datadog.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with technical and business stakeholders.
- Professional proficiency in written and spoken English.
