Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain automation for Oracle platform and infrastructure operations using Terraform, Ansible, Python, and Bash.
Build and improve CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and self-service operational tooling.
Drive platform engineering, DevOps, automation, standardized processes, and scalable solutions across enterprise environments.
Improve the reliability, availability, scalability, and operational efficiency of Oracle platform services.
Lead incident response, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and preventive actions.
Support highly available Oracle environments using Oracle RAC, Data Guard, and RMAN, including performance troubleshooting, patching, upgrades, migrations, backup, and recovery.
Perform disaster recovery validation, resiliency testing, capacity planning, operational readiness, and SLA/SLO-focused improvements.
Improve observability through monitoring, dashboards, alerting, metrics, logs, and incident trend analysis using Grafana and Oracle Enterprise Manager.
Provide technical guidance, contribute to technical roadmaps and platform modernization, and promote DevOps and SRE practices.

Strong recent professional experience in DevOps, platform engineering, SRE, or infrastructure engineering in business-critical enterprise environments.
Strong hands-on experience with automation and infrastructure as code, particularly Terraform and Ansible.
Experience building or maintaining CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and self-service platforms or tools.
Solid understanding of observability, including metrics, logs, dashboards, alerting, monitoring, and incident trend analysis.
Practical understanding of Oracle database operations and administration, including Oracle RAC, Data Guard, RMAN, performance troubleshooting, patching, and upgrades.
Experience with Grafana and Oracle Enterprise Manager is advantageous.
Experience with Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, GCP, enterprise storage or backup, open-source infrastructure, or hybrid cloud environments is advantageous.
Fluent English.
