Responsibilities
- Work with customers, business analysts, and architects to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.
- Develop custom Salesforce components using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, and Flow.
- Customize Salesforce objects, workflows, approval processes, and validation rules.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems through REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and third-party connectors.
- Participate in technical planning, estimation, code reviews, data migration, sandbox deployment, and production rollout.
- Ensure solutions follow Salesforce best practices and meet security and performance requirements.
Requirements
- Be a college or university graduate.
- Have basic understanding of and some hands-on experience with Salesforce development.
- Be familiar with Apex, LWC, Flow Builder, Salesforce DX, Salesforce platform architecture, security, and governor limits.
- Have exposure to Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, other Salesforce modules, and Salesforce integrations.
- Be familiar with Salesforce CI/CD tools such as Gearset, Copado, or Jenkins.
- Have experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is preferred; additional Salesforce developer, consultant, architect, or administrator certifications are beneficial.
- Preferred qualifications include public-sector or regulated-environment experience, Experience Cloud, Data Loader, deployment tools, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, SOQL, and AppExchange packages.
- Basic spoken and written English is required; Chinese is a plus.
