Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team members and clients to understand requirements and propose solutions.
- Build responsive and accessible web applications with React and TypeScript.
- Design and implement Python back-end services and APIs using FastAPI, Django, or Flask.
- Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality, maintainable code.
- Deploy and operate containerized workloads on Azure and/or GCP.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and observability for owned services.
- Use AI coding assistants effectively by decomposing problems, validating generated code, and applying rigorous review standards.
- Work with Git and disciplined branching and code-review practices.
- Apply architecture and design patterns to create scalable and simple solutions.
- Participate in client implementation and strategy-design projects across different industries.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with React, modern JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Hands-on Python back-end development experience, including REST API design.
- Working knowledge of Azure or GCP.
- Experience with containers and orchestration, including Docker, Kubernetes, AKS, or GKE.
- Experience with CI/CD tooling such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Cloud Build.
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or Bicep.
- Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases including PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or BigQuery.
- Practical experience using AI coding assistants in real projects and critically evaluating their output.
- Ability to architect scalable solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in Greek and English.
