Responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve issues across multiple components of critical business systems.
- Debug and troubleshoot SAP UI5 web applications in complex environments.
- Analyze system logs and performance metrics to identify root causes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and resolve system issues.
- Document findings and resolutions for knowledge sharing and future reference.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of support processes and tools.
- Provide timely updates to stakeholders regarding issue status and resolution progress.
- Participate in team discussions and provide solutions to work-related problems.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in SAP UI5 Development.
- Proficiency in SAP UI5 Development.
- Strong understanding of front-end development principles and user interface design.
- Experience debugging and troubleshooting web applications in complex environments.
- Familiarity with integrating SAP UI5 applications with backend services.
- Ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Completion of 15 years of full-time education.
