Responsibilities
- Build and ship experiments across the member journey, including signup flows, paid advertising campaigns, and referral experiences.
- Own products and systems that drive acquisition, activation, and retention.
- Write code, analyze experiment results, and determine what to test next.
- Build growth infrastructure and the data pipeline that make experimentation fast and trustworthy.
- Identify high-leverage opportunities and optimize conversion without sacrificing clarity, trust, or long-term brand quality.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience building production software in product or full-stack engineering roles.
- Strong frontend and full-stack engineering skills across modern web applications, APIs, data models, and stateful user experiences.
- Strong product judgment and a record of turning ambiguous ideas into shipped, useful products.
- Experience working in 0-to-1 or fast-moving environments where user needs, product direction, and success metrics are evolving.
- Experience using product analytics, experimentation, and data to guide decisions.
- Ability to work with intensity and urgency and maintain a high standard of output.
