Base Salary
$115k - $160k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality AI tools and applications for workforce users.
- Ensure the availability, reliability, performance, and security of AI tools.
- Modify free and open-source software to support customer use cases.
- Engage customers to elicit requirements and develop solutions.
- Maintain customer-facing infrastructure and applications to provide reliable services.
Requirements
- Active Top Secret (TS/SCI) clearance with polygraph is required.
- U.S. citizenship is required; green card holders and permanent residents are not eligible.
- A bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline is required, with an additional four years of experience accepted in lieu of the degree.
- At least three years of software development experience is required.
- Proficiency with Python or another object-oriented programming language is required.
- Knowledge of and experience using LLMs as part of a code-solution workflow is required.
- Familiarity with UI/UX principles, strong communication skills, curiosity, and ability to learn new technologies quickly are required.
