Responsibilities
- Design, architect, and directly build complex Salesforce integration solutions, data pipelines, process integrations, and scalable applications.
- Develop and prototype Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein, Data Cloud, custom autonomous agent workflows, prompt engineering structures, and complex business logic.
- Build and maintain integrations using Salesforce REST, SOAP, and Pub/Sub APIs, Platform Events, Webhooks, and third-party systems.
- Review technical designs, conduct code reviews, create sequence diagrams and integration flows, and enforce engineering and architectural standards.
- Identify technical debt, modernize architecture, optimize platform performance, refactor legacy code, and resolve technical bottlenecks.
- Manage Salesforce deployments and CI/CD pipelines while mentoring engineering team members through pair programming and code reviews.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering, product, business, and enterprise architecture stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of hands-on software engineering experience on the Salesforce platform as a core developer or architect.
- At least 2 years of hands-on Technical Lead experience driving code quality, technical design, and architectural standards.
- Hands-on experience implementing or prototyping Salesforce Agentforce, custom AI/Einstein agent workflows, or Data Cloud solutions.
- Strong development expertise with Apex, LWC, Advanced Flows, SOQL, and SOSL.
- Experience with API-led integration patterns, third-party SaaS, legacy ERP platforms, Salesforce deployments, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Proficiency with JavaScript, JSON/XML, web service architectures, SFDX, and Git.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across engineering, product, business, and cross-functional teams.
- Preferred Salesforce certifications include Application Architect, System Architect, Platform Developer II, or AI Specialist.
