Responsibilities

  • Own and build Halter’s website, initially using Webflow and later as a custom headless CMS-backed codebase.
  • Ship landing pages, reusable components, lead forms, and personalized account-based marketing experiences.
  • Lead the migration from Webflow to a custom headless CMS-backed site, including stack selection, URL mapping, SEO planning, and sequencing.
  • Own website conversion rate and lead-quality metrics, tracking outcomes through the funnel.
  • Design, run, analyze, and roll out A/B tests and other structured experiments.
  • Improve technical SEO, crawlability, page speed, Core Web Vitals, and landing-page performance.
  • Partner with Paid Social, Search, SEO, ABM, and other channel owners to improve campaign and funnel performance.
  • Use AI and automation tools to accelerate page builds, component generation, copy, analysis, and other work.

Requirements

  • Frontend engineering experience with React/Next.js, TypeScript, HTML/CSS, and component-driven development.
  • Experience working with a headless CMS and owning a website as a production codebase.
  • Experience migrating a website or meaningful portion of one from a hosted platform to a custom build without damaging SEO, performance, or pipeline results.
  • Demonstrated ability to improve conversion rates and run disciplined experiments based on hypotheses and measured results.
  • Ability to track leads through the funnel and collaborate on downstream improvements.
  • Knowledge of MCP servers and experience using AI and automation tools such as n8n.
  • Preferred experience owning website conversion or growth engineering in a high-growth SaaS, hardware, or ag-tech business.
  • Preferred Webflow experience beyond content, including full pages, custom components, and interactions.
  • Preferred experience migrating to headless CMS platforms such as Contentful, Sanity, or Storyblok on a modern framework.
  • Preferred experience with structured experimentation programs, technical SEO, Core Web Vitals, and page performance.
