Responsibilities

Develop and maintain test plans for product releases and major integrations.
Coordinate physical and software-based test environments and field testing activities.
Create test cases and perform functional, integration, system, performance, and field testing.
Prepare and maintain test data and verify testing environments and prerequisites.
Analyze defects, track bugs and deviations through resolution, and validate fixes and corrective actions.
Lead testing activities across projects and coordinate quality assurance across multiple teams.
Drive quality improvements, testing-process efficiencies, risk assessments, and testing prioritization.
Collaborate with software developers, Product Owners, and other stakeholders.

At least 8 years of professional experience as a senior QA or test engineer.
Strong experience with functional testing, integration testing, system testing, defect management, test verification, and test data management.
Fluent written and spoken Swedish and English.
Swedish citizenship is required, and employment is subject to successful security clearance.
Experience with test automation is preferred.
Experience testing hardware-based systems and integrated security solutions or security platforms is preferred.
Strong structure, attention to detail, communication, collaboration, initiative, and continuous-learning orientation.
