Base Salary
$109k - $215k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and design new features for MongoDB Atlas.
- Contribute to and lead complex technical projects.
- Work closely with product and design teams to create user-focused solutions.
- Collaborate with customers and support engineers to resolve issues.
- Develop the codebase, best practices, and design principles with team members.
- Mentor other team members.
- Participate in an on-call rotation to support production services.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional software development experience.
- Proficient in writing large-scale, distributed backend systems in a compiled language (Java, Go, etc.).
- Comfortable working across the stack of a modern web application (e.g., React, TypeScript).
- Experience with at least one major cloud provider technology (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Led the launch of a new feature and maintained it in production.
- Eager to solve complex problems.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Curious, collaborative, and motivated.
