Responsibilities
- Lead the development of complex in-house full-stack applications.
- Act as a senior full-stack developer and technical reference for the team.
- Coach junior and mid-level developers and conduct code reviews.
- Design, develop, and maintain applications using Java, Angular, and SQL.
- Analyze user needs and translate them into efficient technical solutions.
- Coordinate development tasks, delegate work, and support the Delivery Manager with planning.
- Resolve complex technical issues and guide the team through challenges.
- Ensure software quality, maintainability, performance, and security.
- Supervise system modifications, updates, and lifecycle activities.
- Conduct security checks and identify areas for improvement.
- Communicate with internal stakeholders about expectations and progress.
Requirements
- University degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
- Solid experience with Java backend development, Angular frontend development, and SQL database modeling, stored procedures, and optimization.
- Strong understanding of full-stack architecture and modern software development practices.
- Experience leading, coaching, coordinating, or serving as a technical reference for development teams.
- Fluent English and strong communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of ng-grid or similar grid libraries is an asset.
- AWS cloud development experience, including Lambda, S3, or EC2, is an asset.
- Python experience for automation, scripting, or integration tasks is an asset.
- Strong quality focus, attention to detail, problem-solving ability, adaptability, and customer orientation.
