Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, troubleshoot, and optimize custom software components and solutions.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert and collaborate with and manage teams.
- Make team decisions and contribute to decisions across multiple teams.
- Lead implementation of software development best practices to improve productivity.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate cross-functional efforts with business objectives.
Requirements
- Minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Time Management.
- Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Time Management is required.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central is preferred.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle practices and agile methodologies.
- Ability to design and implement scalable software components tailored to business needs.
- Experience troubleshooting and optimizing software for performance and reliability.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and multiple system environments.
- 15 years of full-time education.
