Responsibilities
- Develop algorithms and techniques for solving problems in high-volume, high-availability environments.
- Build scalable monitoring and metric tools and frameworks.
- Analyze customer needs and software requirements to validate configurations and resolve issues.
- Provide technical customer support, troubleshooting, debugging, and incident resolution across the UI, APIs, performance layer, and platform architecture.
- Monitor platform performance, stability, and consistency and identify improvement opportunities across Reltio cloud platforms.
- Respond to high-priority incidents within service level objectives and participate in 24x7 on-call and weekend rotations.
- Represent Reltio in customer meetings as an engineering expert.
- Collaborate with support, product management, and core engineering teams and share best practices through the knowledge base.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in computer science or equivalent, with 5+ years of experience.
- At least 2 years of experience developing large-scale enterprise systems.
- Knowledge of object-oriented design, data structures, algorithms, problem-solving, complexity analysis, API design, authentication, and integrations.
- Experience with web UI development using JavaScript frameworks, Java, cloud technology, NoSQL databases, distributed indexes, and complex-system performance profiling.
- At least 2 years developing Master Data Management software, including full life-cycle implementations in Reltio Cloud.
- At least 2 years working with enterprise data management, analytics, big data, MDM, AWS, GCP, Azure, and Reltio Cloud platforms.
- At least 2 years configuring and validating Comparator, match tokens, Match & Merge setup, and survivorship rules in Reltio Cloud MDM.
- At least 1 year using version-control software such as Bitbucket, VSS, or SVN.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, customer communication, and independent problem-solving skills.
- Preferred qualifications include equivalent experience, object-oriented programming and design, data structures and algorithms, and experience with data management, MDM, analytics, and big-data technologies.
