Base Salary
$200k - $240k/yr
Responsibilities
- Secure and harden Latent’s cloud environment and establish secure-by-default controls for developers and infrastructure.
- Develop secure and compliant access to AI-powered tools and coding agents.
- Secure data warehouse access and protect patient, pharmacy, and AI performance data.
- Partner with developers on secure code, application security, product security requirements, and SDLC automation.
- Automate IT security workflows including user lifecycle provisioning, just-in-time access, elevated access, and device hardening.
- Investigate potential incidents and build and tune environment-specific security detections with Latent’s MDR service.
- Identify security gaps, risks, and vulnerabilities and implement scalable solutions and automations.
Requirements
- Experience across multiple security domains, with the ability to design, develop, and create security automations and workflows.
- Basic engineering knowledge and the ability to use coding agents to contribute solutions directly to codebases.
- Experience building IAM workflows with Okta, SSO, SAML, and JIT provisioning.
- Experience managing settings for AI tools and coding agents in secure, compliant environments.
- Experience collaborating with developers to write secure code and secure features.
- Experience hardening AWS cloud and CI/CD environments, including IAM roles, CIS standards, CSPM, and findings remediation.
- Experience building and maintaining vulnerability management programs covering servers, containers, third-party OSS, and custom code.
- Experience automating security and compliance requirements for macOS and BYOD endpoints using an MDM.
- Ability to investigate security alerts and incidents and write and tune relevant detections.
- Preferred: early-stage startup security experience, healthcare data and HIPAA experience, and SOC2 audit control experience.
