Responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve issues across multiple components of critical business systems.
- Monitor system alerts and proactively address potential issues before they affect business operations.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex software issues and contribute solutions to work-related problems.
- Write efficient and maintainable database procedures and functions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system stability and performance.
- Document findings and solutions to support team knowledge sharing.
- Participate actively in team discussions and work independently toward subject-matter expertise.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience with Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PL/SQL).
- Expert proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL.
- Proficiency in Japanese.
- Strong knowledge of database management and optimization techniques.
- Experience troubleshooting and debugging complex software issues.
- Ability to write efficient and maintainable code for database procedures and functions.
- Familiarity with system monitoring tools and incident management processes.
