Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and oversee implementation of enterprise-wide systems and applied AI solutions.
- Research and recommend software products that meet business requirements.
- Ensure delivered solutions align with business requirements and technical architecture.
- Gather client requirements, document specifications, and maintain customer-aligned software solutions.
- Support day-to-day sustaining activities for FTI’s global enterprise application infrastructure.
- Maintain operation calendars, change management processes, incident tracking, and SDLC compliance.
- Perform NOC monitoring, alerting, troubleshooting, issue resolution, and escalation.
- Analyze and maintain application performance data.
- Provide secondary leadership and backup support for one or more technical matrix teams.
- Assist with application-development budget management and cross-functional IT projects.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of application or software development experience, including 2 years within FTI Consulting.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python and C#/.NET.
- Proven experience deploying AI solutions within the Azure AI ecosystem, such as MS Copilot and Azure AI Foundry.
- Experience building and deploying generative AI solutions using LLMs into production.
- Hands-on exposure to AI agent frameworks or orchestration tools such as Semantic Kernel, LangChain, or Autogen.
- Experience supporting and maintaining COTS enterprise ERP solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Four-year college degree or equivalent job experience.
- High-level certification in a core area, such as MCAD, MCSD, or MCDBA.
- Project management experience.
- Experience with Windows 2003 Server, IIS, SharePoint, and SQL Server 2000 or 2005.
