Responsibilities

  • Architect, design, and oversee development of complex cloud software solutions aligned with business and technical strategies.
  • Lead end-to-end development of high-performance, scalable, multi-tenant, and real-time full-stack solutions.
  • Build low-latency push notification and messaging systems for enterprise mobile devices and peripherals.
  • Design, deploy, and optimize cloud-native products using Google Cloud Platform services.
  • Manage and tune PostgreSQL, BigQuery, MongoDB, Pub/Sub, and Cloud Storage for performance and data integrity.
  • Lead software specifications, technology roadmaps, system architecture, and long-term technical planning.
  • Integrate software and hardware systems while maintaining throughput, reliability, and uptime.
  • Integrate analytics and telemetry pipelines into cloud platforms to generate actionable insights.
  • Guide software development lifecycle practices, quality improvements, testing, documentation, and system validation.
  • Mentor senior and junior engineers, advise management, and coordinate across teams and organizational units.
  • Drive secure adoption of AI technologies such as Claude and other LLMs in the software development lifecycle.
  • Represent the organization as a technical thought leader and advisor on strategic projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
  • 10+ years of relevant full-stack development experience with a bachelor’s degree, or 7+ years with an advanced degree.
  • 10+ years of hands-on experience as a Cloud Solutions Engineer delivering multiple enterprise-grade solutions.
  • Expert hands-on experience in software architecture, system design, full-stack development, and production coding.
  • Experience architecting and developing highly scalable, multi-tenant, real-time solutions and microservices.
  • Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Google Cloud Platform, Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, Pub/Sub, Cloud Functions, and Kubernetes Engine.
  • Expertise managing scalable databases including PostgreSQL, BigQuery, and MongoDB.
  • Strong programming skills in JavaScript and Java, with knowledge of multiple programming languages preferred.
  • Experience with real-time push notifications, cloud architecture patterns, networking concepts, and security best practices.
  • Ability to lead complex projects, influence cross-functional teams, mentor technical talent, and communicate with senior leadership and external customers.
  • Knowledge of intellectual property protection, competitor analysis, industry trends, AI adoption in software development, and prompt engineering best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, collaboration, and communication skills.
