Base Salary
$224k - $335k/yr
Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and deliver large commercial software projects.
- Develop software solutions for LLM serving and inference acceleration.
- Execute, analyze, and optimize neural networks and high-performance software for multicore systems.
- Analyze performance bottlenecks in software and hardware solutions across multicore and SoC architectures.
- Perform performance modeling of SoC architectures.
- Contribute across the full product lifecycle from early research and development through commercial deployment.
- Collaborate cross-functionally and communicate effectively with engineering teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field plus 8+ years of relevant experience; or a master's degree plus 7+ years; or a PhD plus 6+ years.
- Experience with serving frameworks such as vLLM.
- Strong development skills in PyTorch, C++, and Python.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, multimodal models, and reasoning models.
- Experience writing high-performance software for multicore systems.
- Strong understanding of multicore processor and SoC architectures, including cores, caches, memories, buses, PCIe, and NoCs.
- Experience with performance modeling of SoC architectures.
- Experience with machine learning accelerators and related software is highly desired.
- Understanding of neural-network operators and mathematical operations, including linear algebra and math libraries, is desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to plan, manage, and deliver large commercial software projects.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work as a team player.
- A master's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Networks and Systems, or Computer Science is preferred.
