Responsibilities
- Own the Intelligent Automation business for one or more key accounts and jointly manage account P&L.
- Lead process diagnostics, opportunity assessment, planning, strategy development, and implementation.
- Architect and design automated data-processing systems.
- Develop and implement ETL data-processing pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver efficient solutions.
- Evaluate and recommend automation tools and technologies for data workflows.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and regulatory compliance in automated processing systems.
- Drive revenue, AOI, CSAT, and long-term client impact targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology, or a master's degree in Software Engineering.
- Required English proficiency at C2 level.
- Required skills include robotic process automation, client relations, change management, risk management, people leadership, design thinking, storytelling, and executive presence.
- Relevant certifications include AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate, Google Cloud Certified Associate Cloud Engineer, HashiCorp Certified Terraform Associate, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator (AZ-104), and Pega Certified Senior System Architect.
