Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the Oncoscape platform’s design, architecture, and production systems for clinical and genomic research workflows.
- Build high-performance full-stack interfaces and services using React and TypeScript.
- Design scalable APIs, data models, and cloud-based systems for clinical and genomic data using AWS.
- Translate ambiguous scientific requirements into product features, analytical tools, and user workflows.
- Contribute to architecture, roadmap prioritization, and overall platform strategy.
- Collaborate with researchers, clinicians, and engineers to deliver actionable insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3–6 years of directly related experience, including 3 or more years building and shipping full-stack applications from zero to production using React, TypeScript, and AWS.
- At least 3 years of experience designing and delivering scalable cloud-based systems.
- Experience owning and architecting end-to-end, data-intensive systems across frontend, backend, and data-processing layers.
- Experience translating complex scientific requirements into intuitive, production-grade software in cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms skills.
- Knowledge of relational databases and T-SQL, plus understanding of programming languages.
- Preferred experience with AWS Marketplace and reproducible multi-tenant cloud application deployments.
- Preferred expertise in high-dimensional data analysis, including UMAP, PaCMAP, or t-SNE, in oncology or genomics contexts.
- Preferred familiarity with genomics workflows and precision oncology or clinical decision-making.
