Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and execute test plans and test cases.
- Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies.
- Collaborate with development and product teams to understand requirements and ensure quality standards.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, API, and performance testing.
- Automate repetitive test cases and maintain test automation frameworks.
- Review system specifications to identify testing requirements.
- Participate in the design, development, and implementation of continuous testing solutions.
- Assist with deploying software updates to production and provide post-deployment support.
- Contribute to personal and team performance improvement through professional development and constructive feedback.
Requirements
- Proficiency in manual and automated testing methodologies.
- Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and testing lifecycle.
- Knowledge of QA tools and processes, including defect tracking tools such as JIRA.
- Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium or Selenide, TestNG, or Postman.
- Knowledge of API testing.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and related tools such as Jenkins.
- Adaptability to changing project requirements and priorities.
- Fluent written and spoken English is required for Pan-Baltic collaboration.
