Responsibilities
- Participate in the full development lifecycle including planning, development, testing, and maintenance.
- Implement observability, monitoring, alerting, and automated rollback strategies.
- Collaborate effectively to remove impediments and support team progress.
- Manage, scale, and optimize AWS-based infrastructure.
- Build and maintain deployment workflows ensuring zero downtime.
- Drive automation in scaling, configuration management, and release processes.
- Mentor and support junior engineers.
Requirements
- Full English proficiency, spoken and written.
- Minimum 2 years of Python development experience.
- Proven ability to deliver reliable, maintainable, well-tested code.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD principles and modern deployment practices.
- Experience with container technologies, Kubernetes is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with AWS services and cloud architectures.
- Proficiency in scripting and automation using Python, Bash, or similar.
- Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills.
- Curiosity and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Desirable experience as a Team Lead or Scrum Master.
