Responsibilities
- Define and implement end-to-end test strategies, test plans, test cases, test data, traceability, regression plans, and release validation across CRM, mobile, API, integration, and data scenarios.
- Perform manual and automated validation of structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data pipelines, including mapping, transformations, schema checks, reconciliation, anomaly detection, and migration-quality checks.
- Design, develop, maintain, and execute reusable automation frameworks, regression suites, and data-validation scripts.
- Automate API and integration testing across middleware, CRM, cloud, data, and upstream/downstream systems.
- Build reusable components for schema validation, data reconciliation, anomaly detection, test-data generation, mocks, stubs, and migration checks.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and support quality gates, shift-left testing, and smoke, functional, API, mobile, integration, data, and regression validation.
- Track and report defects using JIRA and related tools, including root-cause analysis, retesting, QA metrics, and quality reporting.
- Apply Generative AI and AI-assisted tools to test creation, automation development, test-data generation, defect triage, documentation, and coverage analysis while reviewing outputs for security, privacy, compliance, and governance.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline with 1–3 years of relevant experience; bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years; or diploma with 7–9 years.
- Hands-on QA automation experience across enterprise applications, CRM, APIs, integrations, mobile applications, and/or data platforms.
- Experience testing front-end portals, mobile iOS applications, .NET Framework applications, and data pipelines.
- Strong experience with manual and automated data-pipeline validation, source-to-target testing, batch and real-time processing, and data-quality checks.
- Deep hands-on expertise in SQL, Python, and PySpark for testing and validation automation.
- Experience with API testing using Postman, pytest, or custom automation scripts.
- Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
- Knowledge of test planning, test-case design, defect tracking, bug lifecycle management, QA documentation, and Agile/Scrum delivery.
- Experience validating JSON, CSV, Parquet, and Avro data formats.
- Familiarity with Databricks, AWS Glue, Redshift, Veeva/Salesforce, Spark, AWS S3, and AWS Athena.
- Experience with JIRA, TestRail, or Zephyr.
- Practical experience using Generative AI or AI-assisted development and testing tools, with awareness of responsible AI, security, privacy, and governance requirements.
- Preferred experience with Salesforce/Veeva CRM certification, AWS certification, data modeling, data warehousing, data integration, large-scale migration testing, QA dashboards, reusable test-data generators, mocks, stubs, and AI-powered testing solutions.
- Preferred knowledge of Anypoint Platform, Python, Java, Databricks, Veeva/Salesforce Platform, and AWS cloud data platforms.
