Base Salary
$114k - $249k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise IAM initiatives from planning through implementation.
- Design and develop custom Java-based solutions, connectors, workflows, and business logic within SailPoint IdentityIQ.
- Architect IAM solutions, role models, certification campaigns, and integration patterns across hybrid environments.
- Build AWS and Azure cloud access automation using Python and PowerShell, including AWS IAM policy creation and automation.
- Manage access provisioning and deprovisioning workflows and troubleshoot complex identity issues.
- Administer and integrate Active Directory and Azure AD.
- Lead comprehensive IAM testing strategies and secure coding practices.
- Partner with security and compliance teams on governance, compliance, and audit requirements.
- Mentor junior engineers, coach colleagues, and lead cross-functional IAM transformation teams.
- Document technical solutions, communicate IAM concepts to stakeholders, and lead projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline with at least seven years of related experience, or equivalent training and/or work experience.
- Strong SailPoint IdentityIQ administration and development experience with hands-on Java programming.
- Direct experience leading secure network and systems architecture, design and implementation, secure software assurance, intrusion detection, defense and incident response, security configuration management, access controls, and security policy and standards development.
- In-depth knowledge of more than one communications protocol and broad knowledge across information security.
- Experience managing multiple cybersecurity tools, including configuration assessment, log aggregation, integrity verification, web application security testing, network access control, network intrusion prevention, and endpoint security solutions.
- Strong written and verbal technical communication, planning, organization, relationship-building, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to learn new skills and technologies quickly and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Master’s degree and prior Financial Services industry experience are preferred.

- Salary ranges vary by location from $114,200 minimum to $248,700 maximum; employees may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus and applicable overtime.
