Responsibilities
- Independently troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across multiple components of critical business systems.
- Develop, enhance, and implement custom software solutions and support processes.
- Analyze system performance and use monitoring tools to identify and address issues.
- Document and communicate technical issues and resolutions to team members and stakeholders.
- Participate in team discussions and contribute solutions to work-related problems.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience.
- At least 3 years of experience with Amazon Connect.
- Proficiency in Amazon Connect.
- Strong understanding of cloud-based communication systems and their integration.
- Experience troubleshooting and resolving issues in software applications.
- Familiarity with system monitoring tools and performance analysis.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
