Responsibilities
- Develop, code, and enhance custom software solutions and application components.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across critical business systems and software applications.
- Analyze system performance and use monitoring tools to support continuous improvement.
- Assist with developing and implementing application support processes.
- Document and communicate technical issues and resolutions to team members and stakeholders.
- Participate in team discussions and independently provide solutions to work-related problems.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience.
- At least 3 years of experience with Amazon Connect.
- Proficiency in Amazon Connect is required.
- Strong understanding of cloud-based communication systems and their integration.
- Experience troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in software applications.
- Familiarity with system monitoring tools and performance analysis.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
