Base Salary
$138k - $167k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of core platform services for satellite communications.
- Design and build technology to support US government satellite operations.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers in their development efforts.
- Develop and consume APIs as part of the platform ecosystem.
- Emphasize automation and security in development processes.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of software engineering experience.
- Extensive experience with Python, FastAPI, Postgres, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
- Proven ability to architect and build APIs and backend services.
- In-depth knowledge of at least one commercial cloud platform and its services.
- Ability to work with ambiguity and self-direct work.
