Responsibilities
- Provide reliability engineering services through observability and performance engineering techniques.
- Use monitoring and performance tools to provide feedback to product owners and development teams.
- Partner with Product Owners to define service level objectives and develop service level indicators.
- Design, build, automate, and maintain scalable infrastructure with cross-functional teams.
- Ensure high availability and monitor system performance.
- Support incident resolution and aid support staff.
- Apply Site Reliability Engineering practices to improve operational efficiency and user experience.
Requirements
- Strong background in scripting and cloud platforms.
- Experience with observability, monitoring, performance engineering, and scalable infrastructure.
- Ability to collaborate with product owners, development teams, and support staff.
