Responsibilities
- Serve as the lead technical strategist for public sector engagements and convert ambiguous mission requirements into architectural roadmaps.
- Guide onsite implementation and deploy and troubleshoot end-to-end solutions in complex client environments.
- Architect production-grade AI application frameworks integrating interactive UIs, backend systems, and AI models.
- Guide cloud infrastructure evolution for security, global scalability, and long-term system integrity.
- Direct development of core platforms and shared services for diverse global client use cases.
- Partner with leadership on the technical roadmap, mentor senior and junior staff, and maintain cohesive technical architecture.
- Convert client lessons from the field into reusable engineering patterns and shared platform capabilities.
Requirements
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, or equivalent deep industry experience architecting complex distributed systems.
- 10+ years of full-stack experience across Python, Node.js, and React.
- Experience designing high-scale architectures on Kubernetes and global cloud infrastructures including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Expertise overseeing production-grade ecosystems with strong system integrity, security, and scalability standards.
- Extensive experience deploying and troubleshooting end-to-end solutions in complex, high-security client environments.
- Experience building LLM-driven solutions and architecting systems for future technology shifts.
- Ability to resolve significant ambiguity, mentor senior staff, and set technical vision.
- Experience with asynchronous workflows and documentation-first engineering cultures.
- Startup experience as a CTO or founding engineer, or experience as a forward-deployed or dedicated customer engineer, is preferred.
- Cross-functional operations experience and Arabic proficiency are preferred.
