Responsibilities
- Drive GenAI-powered transformation projects and help clients adopt AI-assisted software development.
- Work directly with clients to understand needs, build trust, explain technical decisions, and turn ideas into working software.
- Build and evolve frontend and backend systems while setting the technical direction for the team.
- Use GenAI across planning, development, testing, and documentation throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Lead development teams with a hands-on approach and support the growth of junior developers.
- Modernize applications, including moving from native apps to React Native and building reusable components with Figma MCP.
- Travel and work on-site at client locations when required.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience building web applications with modern JavaScript and frameworks such as React, Node.js, Vue, or Angular.
- At least 3 years of experience leading development teams, with a hands-on leadership style.
- Experience with GenAI tools such as GitHub Copilot or Claude and genuine curiosity about AI-assisted software development.
- Comfort communicating directly with clients and keeping projects moving.
- Strong understanding of the full software development lifecycle, including requirements, architecture, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
- EU citizenship is required due to project requirements.
- Candidates must be available to start within 1 to 3 months of receiving an offer.
- Willingness to travel and work on-site at client locations.
