Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Build expertise in Storyblok and headless CMS architectures and help developers, partner agencies, and customers implement them effectively.
- Conduct workshops, write tutorials and documentation, deliver webinars and product demos, and record instructional videos.
- Create sample applications, prototypes, and code samples demonstrating Storyblok and headless content management.
- Identify and document issues in Storyblok APIs, SDKs, and services and help external developers resolve technical problems.
- Contribute code updates and bug fixes to public open-source projects, including SDKs, sample applications, and starter kits.
- Propose product enhancements based on feedback from enterprise customers and the developer community.
- Monitor, engage with, and support communities on Discord, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Dev.to.
- Represent Storyblok at online and in-person events, public speaking opportunities, and sponsored events.
- Help guide the roadmap for documentation, tutorials, and onboarding experiences.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in web development.
- Experience with CMS platforms; headless CMS experience is a plus.
- Thorough knowledge of RESTful APIs; GraphQL experience is a plus.
- Thorough knowledge of at least one modern JavaScript framework, such as Vue, React, Next, Nuxt, Astro, or Svelte.
- Experience with public speaking and organizing meetups or other events.
- Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, English-language, and cross-functional communication skills.
- Advanced knowledge of web development topics and current trends.
- Demonstrated AI literacy and the ability to use AI tools with sound judgment.
- Customer calls, developer support, developer relations, and technical writing experience are desirable.
