Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and recommend effective SAP technical solutions.
- Translate functional requirements into detailed technical specifications.
- Design, develop, test, and support SAP ABAP solutions.
- Deliver and support RICEFW objects within an SAP ECC environment.
- Produce and maintain high-quality technical documentation.
- Perform code analysis, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Support SAP integrations with third-party applications.
- Manage system changes through established change control processes.
- Provide technical and integration architecture guidance.
- Estimate development effort and contribute to project planning.
- Lead small-scale technical initiatives and mentor junior analysts.
- Facilitate workshops to gather and validate technical requirements.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure delivery quality.
- Support testing activities including unit and user acceptance testing.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of hands-on SAP ABAP development experience.
- Strong experience delivering end-to-end SAP developments.
- Proven expertise in SAP ABAP development and troubleshooting.
- Experience delivering RICEFW developments.
- Hands-on experience with SAP technical components.
- Experience integrating SAP with third-party platforms.
- Strong understanding of secure ABAP coding standards.
- Ability to analyze existing solutions and perform impact assessments.
- Experience creating technical documentation and test cases.
- Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently or in a team.
