Responsibilities
- Own the design and evolution of packaged and SaaS application solutions.
- Manage application configuration, integrations, and software release cycles.
- Set and maintain platform standards for stability, performance, and business and vendor alignment.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, manage team performance, and make team-level decisions.
- Provide technical solutions across immediate and multiple teams and lead best-practice implementation.
- Coordinate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in TWS Administration.
- Proficiency in TWS Administration.
- Strong knowledge of system configuration and integration techniques for packaged and cloud-based applications.
- Experience managing software releases and ensuring compliance with platform standards.
- Familiarity with performance monitoring and optimization for enterprise applications.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- 15 years of full-time education.
