Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end architecture for full-stack enterprise applications integrating AgentAI copilots, pre-built AI services, and APIs.
- Develop backend and frontend solutions using Java and modern full-stack frameworks.
- Integrate LLM-based copilots, RAG-based retrieval, conversational APIs, and AI-assisted workflows into enterprise systems.
- Optimize API design, data flows, user interfaces, scalability, performance, and reliability.
- Use AI tools for coding, testing, debugging, documentation, and design acceleration.
- Bridge traditional engineering teams and AI-native squads while promoting AI-assisted development practices.
- Maintain architectural integrity, responsible AI guardrails, governance, and quality standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 12 years of experience in Java full-stack development.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong foundation in enterprise engineering, SDLC, and domain or industry workflows.
- Demonstrated ability to use copilots and LLM tools for software development tasks.
- Practical understanding of RAG, AI concepts, and the limitations of LLMs.
- Experience with Java and Spring Boot, .NET and C#, or Python for backend development.
- Experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js and TypeScript or JavaScript for frontend development.
- Knowledge of SQL or NoSQL, REST or GraphQL APIs, cloud-native technologies, and containerization.
